While out and about in Tarbes, I stopped at Nectar Torréfacteur. Angélique, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The homemade iced tea was delicious. Highly recommended.

Angélique, the owner of this place, is wonderful. This establishment is a place where you can relax and enjoy magnificent tastings of high-quality teas and coffees! I hope Nectar continues for a long time with Angélique. You can go there without hesitation, especially since she makes wonderfully refreshing homemade iced tea! Congratulations on all your hard work, I'll be back regularly!

17/07/2026: A really lovely spot for a great evening with family or friends: the appetizers/tapas to share (or not) are delicious, and the main courses are absolutely excellent. Special mentions for the grilled cuttlefish, the scallops, and the burger. ❤️❤️❤️ We'd already been there as a couple, and this time we came back as a family. We'll definitely be back! 👍
15/07/2026: Dinner, set menu for €25. The service was very good and quick. The value for money was quite good, in line with market prices. I recommend it.

01/09/2026: A superb discovery! Besides enjoying the delicious food from appetizer to dessert, we loved the atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. Thank you for this wonderful experience; we'll be back very soon. I highly recommend it. Brasserie Place du Marché, Brauhauban, Tarbes.
10/08/2026: A family-run brasserie with its regulars. I had the €15 set menu, which included a main course and dessert. I happened to get the coquillettes carbonara that day, which were just as hearty as the dessert crêpes. It's home-style cooking. It's a shame coffee wasn't included in the set menu. The service was very efficient and quick.
