It's great to be able to create your own salad, poke bowl, or burger. The main dishes and desserts are good. The rolls that come with the salads are also nice.

You Sushi

27/08/2026: Takeout delivery. The sushi is still just as good. However, the restaurant no longer handles deliveries itself, and as a result, delivery is more expensive than before. Furthermore, delivery orders must now be placed on the website; phone orders are no longer accepted. As a result, I've lost the 10% discount I used to get through my employee benefits program, which usually reimbursed me at least for delivery. What a shame.
27/08/2026: Tarbes' sushi plan! Original and classic maki and sushi for all tastes. I'm never disappointed and it's become my favorite sushi restaurant in France :)
