Excellent experience with very good, perfectly cooked products. Original flavors. The only downsides are the use of caviar in the scallop sauce and with the waygu beef which adds nothing to the flavor of the dishes. The price of wines is a little high. Impeccable service.

Unique culinary experience in this temple of refinement. Everything is voluptuous: dishes, services. Atmosphere. Few tables spaced sufficiently apart. Tasting of 5 or 6 courses including the famous Japanese beef. Everything is delicious.

Many restaurants with three or two stars do not provide the happiness, quality and perfection that Neige d’été offers. Everything is perfect from start to finish We wish him all the recognition he deserves Bravo and thank you for this perfect happiness!!!

Good dishes, nice evening. Price perhaps a little high in relation to the experience had in other restaurants of the same type. Unfortunately the chicken was undercooked (pinkish meat), I noticed it during dinner, but given the quality of the restaurant I wasn't too worried at the time. Instead I felt ill in the following days (I avoid details!). I called two days later to let them know... I have to be honest, I expected more attention from a restaurant of this level. Sin!

This was one of the best meals we had in Paris (we ate at a number of one and three michelin star establishments). The food and the flavors were superb. The presentation on the plate was refreshing, bright and captivating. A breath of fresh air in Paris. The dining room is open, bright and cozy. No pretention by the staff. The only nit is that the champagne list was sold out of any bottles that we would normally order (e.g. Egly). I don't think they have the budget to keep a deep cellar. We didn't look at the rest of the wine list, so no comments possible there. A wine paring option is offered, but we never do that ourselves. Pricing was very reasonable for ingredients, quality and service. A very delightful meal.

02/04/2024: Good, curious, cozy and delicious! Merciiiiii :) a lovely lady who cooks for you, serves you, invites you to a liqueur and some pasta also made by her. Highly recommended with a final detail included, super good value. Good, nice and cheap!!!
