NINA'S Paris sur Paris

This is an overdue late review that was meant to be left awhile back. We travel frequently and always enjoy staying at Mandarin Oriental hotels around the world, and Mandarin Oriental Paris truly stood out with their central location and service. The front desk team created a memorable stay - instinctive and genuinely personal. Every interaction was thoughtful, warm, and effortlessly attentive during our stay during Christmas. My daughter was very happy and felt very special. A special thank you to Claire and her exceptional team for making us feel so well cared for throughout our stay. Their ability to anticipate our needs and create such a welcoming experience is exactly what defines true luxury hospitality. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Very pleasant garden smack in the middle of Paris! A rarity! Staff was absolutely serviable, informed and courteous, food at the Camélia was delicious. Overall a great evening out!

Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Paris was exceptional from beginning to end. -From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. Being greeted with a glass of champagne set the tone for what would become a truly luxurious experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained, but it was the staff who made our stay so memorable. -Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. One moment, in particular, stood out. During a conversation, a staff member learned that I was missing my dog back home. To my surprise, she later purchased a croissant-shaped squeaky toy for him as a gift to take home. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that perfectly reflects the level of care and attention that defines this hotel. -The location could not have been better. Situated in the heart of Paris, we were able to walk easily to some of the city’s most iconic destinations. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and many of the world’s most renowned fashion houses were just steps away, making shopping and sightseeing incredibly convenient. -The Mandarin Oriental Paris delivers everything you would expect from a world-class luxury hotel: beautiful accommodations, impeccable service, thoughtful touches, and an outstanding location. We left feeling pampered, appreciated, and eager to return. -Highly recommended for anyone seeking an elegant and memorable Paris experience.

We had a fabulous stay at the MO Paris. They monogrammed our pillow cases and left champagne and vegan snacks (they knew our dietary restrictions). The steam room, sauna, and large fitness room (for Paris) were the break we needed, and in my favorite neighborhood.

Juissy was the kindest best waiter ever. The food was incredible the ambience was perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing 🤍🤍 10/10

Absolutely loved my time at MO Paris. Our Panorama Suite was well worth it and the views of Paris from the wraparound balcony were amazing. Breakfast is sublime. The staff is outstanding. Highly recommend this for a luxury experience right in the heart of boutique shopping. The pool and steam room were a great bonus.

Stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Paris for 3 nights and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything needed throughout the stay. The rooms were also very spacious, especially for Paris standards, and beautifully maintained. The hotel delivered a true 5-star experience with outstanding service, comfort, and attention to detail. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The level of hospitality we received from the team was exceptional. So welcoming, friendly and warm. We felt at home the minute we stepped into the lobby. This continued throughout our stay and we are so grateful to each and every team member who looked after us. The location is perfect. I highly recommend making MO your base for exploring Paris.

This hotel is amazing! It’s in a fabulous location, close to all of the sites and excellent shopping! The food at the restaurant was so good! It was our best meal in Europe and our waiter, Gussy was extremely attentive and friendly. The concierge was so helpful, booking all of our tours and tickets! I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!
