Many thanks to Pierre-Louis for his great cocktails! Super affable as a bartender and what's more, he recommended the best burger for me which is the "honey for nothing" (I highly recommend it!!)

Very good beers.. I recommend the dry hopped in cider and the brut ipa! The Cheese en Fire is excellent, a change from classic cheeseburgers! Thank you for the advice Pierre-Louis.

Hello, 15 years since I last set foot in a Ninkasi in Lyon. Disappointed to have waited more than 30 minutes before taking the order. Knowing that in the meantime we wanted to order at the bar... The response was to tell us that they had seen us. Okkaaaayyyy. In short, we drank one glass not 2 given the length of the service to be served to us. For dinner, even though there were only two tables that had food, we were on the verge of leaving. We were a table of 6. Only 2 burgers ordered, 40 minutes of waiting before being served. What explanation can you give me? Is it possible to have compensation to be able to test the ninkasi in Montpellier where we live or #weboycott. PS I'm not a troll.

Always a pleasure to have a drink or a coffee on the terrace, the waiters are very nice but a special mention for Pierre Louis who is welcoming and helpful.

Ambiance très sympathique, serveur très agréable et on mange bien et on boit bien. Un grand merci à la serveuse Alice la meilleure que j’ai jamais vue

Absolutely amazing service by a friendly young man, even though he was the only one serving when it was busy, each interaction he was lovely and kept a smile on his face! Meal was amazing, we all had salads which really refreshed us when it was nice and warm. Would 100% recommend!

23/08/2024: Great bar!! A little expensive but the atmosphere is nice, not crowded and there are often events! The boards are good
11/08/2024: We celebrated our wedding here with around fifty people, the manager is really great, he made sure all evening that we had a good time, the waitress was also great and prepared very good cocktails/shooters. The boards/pizzas to share were of very good quality. It was a successful wedding thanks to the Flan Ruin Pub team, a big thank you 🥰!
