27/03/2024: Just passing through the region for a stop at the restaurant on a Saturday lunchtime. Take your time, this is not a bistro! The dishes were succulent and the presentation was impeccable. Very happy to have tasted the cuisine of this chef and his sidekick. A real search for taste, tastes, crunchiness, textures. Those who still cook at home will enjoy it and will be pleasantly surprised by the suggestions or the perfect creation of a historic recipe. In addition to the cellar, the choice of wines by the glass is abundant without compromising on quality. The service is as good as the dishes, the hotel school is undoubtedly part of their diplomas. You will enjoy it, especially if you give yourself the luxury of time and let yourself be guided by the team or by expressing your wishes. The maître d' is a tease and leaves his mark on the place as well as the chefs. The rotunda room, whatever your location, allows you to benefit from the light on the lake and its surroundings. Definitely an address that I remember, to discover the other dishes, for a new culinary cruise from the Embarcadère.

20/03/2024: I can only speak about the restaurant where the service is impeccable. The dishes are refined but the prices match. The main dish on the so-called “gourmet” menu for children is, however, quite basic.
