Nodaiwa sur Paris

It's friendly and delicious. The seasoning is just right, the meat is tender, and the rice is so good! I visited for weekday lunch after making a same-day reservation.

A friend of mine who has already been there several times made a reservation for 4 last wednesday. The culinary experience was more than pleasant (I do not really understand the disposable chopsticks thought). Eel was a first time for 3 of us so I highly recommend the bento menu for a large range of savours. We all ate very well. However, I am personally very disappointed about one old white man (from the staff) who was particularly unpleasant toward us. He was always rearranging our cutlery and had that know-it-all, condescending look. We are in the beginning of our twenties but we are all used to those “fancy” restaurants; that situation never happened to us… We are still thankful to the rest of the staff (a young man and I reckon a japanese woman) who were lovely to us.

Delicious! I was so happy to have enjoyed high-quality unagi in such well-prepared and delicious dishes. I ordered the Ran menu, which I liked, but next time I'll opt for the simpler option with unagi and hot consommé, as I didn't really see the point of the small side dishes, except perhaps for the price. I also loved the black sesame caramel cream. The service was very pleasant and fun. We had a wonderful time here.

Very good food, famous for Unadon, a delicious eel fish. It offers also super good starters.

A very pleasant experience. Impeccable and very quick service with presentation of the dishes. A wide variety of choices, but we opted for the €45 lunchtime matsu menu with sashimi and 200 grams of unagi. It was good, but lacked substance and refinement. An additional starter and a few sashimi would have been appreciated. The eel was well prepared. A good time overall, but no music and the tables were much too close together; we're not sure we'll return.

Second time visiting here, the food was as amazing as it was three years ago. It made me so satisfied the moment unagi melted in my mouth. We will visit again.

The service was good and quick in the evening. The dishes arrived fairly quickly; the eel was good as a main course, but I definitely don't recommend their eel sushi; it was very thin and dry for eel, and there was far too much rice compared to the portion of fish on top. However, you can go there without hesitation when it comes to the eel in chirashi or bento boxes. I highly recommend making a reservation as the restaurant fills up quite quickly.
