A chic Sicilian restaurant in Paris's 16th arrondissement. It's hard to find if you don't already know about it. I really enjoyed the dry white Sicilian wine, and the carpaccio/seafood fillet dishes rather than the pasta. The atmosphere is welcoming… Many people were saying they'd changed owners. I don't know about the chef.

We had an exceptional time at Profumi di Sicilia! The service was impeccable, attentive, and truly exceptional, with excellent recommendations throughout the meal. The dishes were absolutely delicious: high-quality ingredients, original recipes, and perfectly executed preparation. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end! I highly recommend this restaurant—a true gem that we can't wait to return to.

A real gem! The dishes are excellent and truly unique: here, there's nothing ordinary or predictable like in so many other Italian restaurants. The recipes are sophisticated, original, and bursting with flavor; you can feel the real creativity in the kitchen.
