Excellent service and quality of food

Great location, nice and quiet rooms. Great service, Malick in the restaurant deserves a raise. Only poor thing is the gym: too small, only one multi machine. Would be great if they had dumbbells, barbell and more weights/machines. In general: nice hotel!

Excellent business trip. The Novotel Grenoble Centre hotel is very well located, with fantastic and perfectly secure parking. The welcome was very warm and efficient. Dinner at the restaurant was perfect: very friendly waiters and a very good meal. It's perfect for a business trip.

The hotel was extremely difficult to access (due to construction) and there were no signs. The keycard was constantly deactivated (for the gym and the elevator when it was working), resulting in numerous, sometimes long, waits at reception. Breakfast was not up to Novotel standards (no bread, no plates, rotten fruit squashed in the bowl...). However, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were pleasant. Despite everything, we will not be returning.

Good location. The rooms are good. The elevator didn't work during my stay. Breakfast is good however menu for dinner is limited.

A warm and efficient welcome. Comfortable and well-equipped renovated family room. Centrally located in Grenoble. Varied and delicious breakfast.

While getting a coffee, I discovered a very friendly, professional, and kind waitress. Salomé brightened my day with her kindness.

The adjoining room was very poorly soundproofed. We were disturbed by noisy and rude neighbors. One of the two elevators was out of order during the holiday season, resulting in traffic jams and long waits. The amenities were not really up to 4-star standards or the price. For two adults, there was only one bathrobe. We asked for one at 5:30 pm, but it never arrived; we asked again at 9:30 pm, and there were none left! The room was booked for three people, but there were only two towels and bathroom accessories for two. There was nowhere to put our suitcases, and only one storage space. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. There were several different key cards for getting around, which was inconvenient. On the plus side, the room was spacious, the double bed comfortable, and there was a children's corner with games and candy. The lobby was pleasant.

They were absolutely lovely, truly. And what's more, the restaurant is excellent. Lots of homemade products, a small team in the dining room and serving staff, and yet superb dishes, served with impeccable timing. Well done to them!
