Rachida was very kind and professional. She took my allergies into account. Sullyman (sorry for the nickname) was very friendly and professional. Arthur was also a very nice young man. Nathanael was very motivated, always smiling, and clearly loves his job. In short, I highly recommend it, and congratulations to the hotel restaurant team who, in my opinion, do a great job.

I really liked the breakfast. It was fresh, tasty and lot of variety to chose. Especially thanks to Sulman, Arthur and Leonard. They were really polite and helpful and we felt welcomed in the hotel.

This ideally located hotel sits at the foot of the La Défense esplanade and a stone's throw from the Grande Arche. Its 5-star rating is fully justified: high-quality service, comfortable and very well soundproofed rooms. The breakfast is generous, varied, and delicious. Special mention goes to the staff, who are always attentive, smiling, and professional. A highly recommended choice for both business and leisure stays.

16/04/2026: A superb lunch with excellent dishes. I was in the mood for offal, so I opted for the sweetbreads with asparagus marmalade and preserved lemon broth as a starter. Delicious and intensely flavorful without overpowering the delicate sweetbreads. The main course was veal liver with very fine mushrooms, which I thoroughly enjoyed, while the apple and Calvados soufflé was a true delight for the senses. So simple, so good, and so difficult to achieve at home. The restaurant was packed that day (for once, and all the better for the owners), so some waits were a little longer. A restaurant that incorporates the essential elements of fine dining (tablecloths, presentation plates, decor, and the use of high-quality ingredients in the kitchen) at a reasonable price (€50 for the lunch menu), with a focus on quality service. A great business restaurant option with a balanced atmosphere to discuss the codicils of the contract without the pressure of a stuffy environment.
14/03/2026: A chef who takes great care of his customers, an attentive team, and dishes that are both innovative and delicious. Truly homemade cuisine and one of the best spots in La Défense.

06/04/2026: This bakery offers good, consistent products (baguettes, traditional loaves, sandwiches, desserts), making you want to come back. The owners and employees are very hardworking, open on Sundays and holidays: they are quite efficient in managing the queue and generally friendly.
