A very pleasant stay at the Pullman La Défense where the staff are incredibly attentive. My visit to the bar was a truly enjoyable experience thanks to Moussa. Friendly and professional, he made watching the World Cup matches a real pleasure. I will gladly return.

A wonderful experience at the Pullman for a professional event. We were superbly welcomed by Alima and Morgane during the meal, and the homemade dishes prepared by chef Pascal were fresh and varied; I greatly appreciated this attention to homemade quality!

24/04/2026: The food was excellent and the desserts were to die for (special mention for the cheesecake). The service was top-notch, the waiters were lovely, and the chef's greeting was fantastic! The terrace is perfectly situated and very peaceful!
16/04/2026: A superb lunch with excellent dishes. I was in the mood for offal, so I opted for the sweetbreads with asparagus marmalade and preserved lemon broth as a starter. Delicious and intensely flavorful without overpowering the delicate sweetbreads. The main course was veal liver with very fine mushrooms, which I thoroughly enjoyed, while the apple and Calvados soufflé was a true delight for the senses. So simple, so good, and so difficult to achieve at home. The restaurant was packed that day (for once, and all the better for the owners), so some waits were a little longer. A restaurant that incorporates the essential elements of fine dining (tablecloths, presentation plates, decor, and the use of high-quality ingredients in the kitchen) at a reasonable price (€50 for the lunch menu), with a focus on quality service. A great business restaurant option with a balanced atmosphere to discuss the codicils of the contract without the pressure of a stuffy environment.

A huge thank you to Nadia, always smiling, kind, and attentive, truly taking care of each customer. Her kindness and professionalism make every visit even more enjoyable and simply make you want to come back again and again. It's so much more than a bakery: a real neighborhood shop, the kind we love, where you feel valued and warmly welcomed. An address I wholeheartedly recommend.
