Great experience, my new point of reference when I'm in Lille

Warm welcome, top-notch team, clean and comfortable room: an excellent stay!

Having come here for work several times in recent years, I know the rooms aren't really up to 4-star standards. They're rather dreary. But last time, I was greeted with a filthy toilet (and when I say "filthy," I mean it) when I checked into my room. A 4-star hotel?! This really calls into question the cleanliness of the entire room. There was absolutely no attempt at improvement from the reception staff. I don't know, in these situations, it seems like they should have done something about it. And at least put a toilet brush in the bathroom! No more tissues in the box, no more conditioner in the tube… The breakfast was still decent. But it's clearly a 3-star hotel and far from a 4-star.

Excellent stay for business. Welcoming staff. I also commend the chef for the quality of his dishes.

Really nice hotel. Not too far from the centre of town, nice staff, good rooms. Quality is the level to be expected from Novotel. Next to a parking.

For years I've been coming to this hotel, and I've always been very satisfied. It had been a few years since my last stay, and I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is very well located, and the staff (reception, bar, housekeeping) are excellent, both in terms of service and their friendly manner (politeness, smiles, etc.).
