Very good stay! Very welcoming reception staff, Spotless room.

The hotel is ok, a bit older and it shows. But since there's little competition nearby, it's still one of the better properties

Very good stay in this Novotel. The rooms are comfortable. On the courtyard side there is no noise. On the other hand, there was too much heating in the room and we couldn't regulate it, fortunately I was able to open the window and there was no noise.

Very good hotel, very warm welcome. Special mention for Louis who took care of our breakfast! Thank you so much

Various problems during the stay: overheating of the corridors, ineffective adjustment of the room temperature (cooling through window essential), no information when booking about the closing of the restaurant on Saturday evening even though the area is not overcrowded with eating place, little storage for a family room, 2 coffee pods. Having been used to frequenting other Novotels, we found this establishment below the expected standard.

Looks a bit scruffy from the outside but perfectly fine inside. The rooms are small but have the usual accessories. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. There is a fridge, safe and digital TV. The beds are large and comfy. The food is good and room service is quick. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Excellent stopover to go to Seine Musicale Grande Seine, friendly welcome, hearty breakfast offering a wide choice of foods, the service is perfect, very helpful staff. Spacious room, quiet guaranteed

Excellent welcome by the 2 hotel hostesses. Furthermore, the establishment is in high standards for NOVOTEL. The spaces are large and welcoming. Room: nothing to say, it is very good and perfectly silent (it is on the courtyard side).
