A new address to welcome us in a very warm setting, the cuisine is refined and the service is superb. A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend.

We had the pleasure of returning to Au Beurre Noisette – Act 2 last night, since its relocation, and it was a wonderful rediscovery! The new setting is warm, elegant, and very pleasant. The menu is varied, appetizing, and makes you want to try everything. From the amuse-bouche to the petit fours, including the starters, main courses, and desserts, everything was perfectly presented, flavorful, and prepared with great finesse. Special mention also goes to the bread, which was absolutely delicious… perhaps even a little too delicious, as it was so hard to resist! 😊 The wine and aperitif list is very extensive and allows you to truly complement your meal according to your preferences. And to end this lovely evening, a touch we particularly appreciated: the chef came to offer us a Jaboulot peppermint tea, all with a smile and great conviviality. Generous and refined cuisine, a warm welcome, thoughtful touches, and a genuine desire to please. A very nice place in Bourg-en-Bresse that we recommend without hesitation and where we will return with great pleasure!

The service was incredibly efficient, the dishes were exquisite, and importantly, you knew exactly what you were eating! I'm not usually a big fan of conceptual cuisine… but the desserts were simply wow! In short, we enjoyed a feast of flavors at a very reasonable price. And as a bonus, the owner offered us a complimentary digestif. A fantastic place!
