We come from Gironde and yet we have visited a lot of restaurants but it is the best value for money pleasure, unbeatable, just a downside for the coffee, apart from that only pleasure.

Excellent and generous cuisine. Faultless service. Missing a star for the room without air conditioning and which deserves it...

Everything we ate was a treat. An inventive hamburger with meat cooked just right. Top-notch homemade fries. The dessert was also perfect. Don't hesitate to stop there!

Es un restaurante sencillo pero acogedor El personal amable .El producto bien presentado y muy rico El precio ,para los tiempos que corren normal dado la calidad Muy recomendable y en Oloron no hay muchos

Chaque visite est un plaisir renouvelé. L’atout de ce bistrot gourmand qui porte si bien son nom, c’est d’abord la cuisine. L’équipe travaille des produits en circuit court avec créativité et talent. Les prix restent pour autant raisonnables, le service est jeune et souriant. La formule du dimanche à 37€ offrait un velouté d’asperges « comme une île flottante » ou un gravlax de saumon sur un greuil acidulé, un pavé de veau ou un filet de bar au curry et des desserts, maison bien sûr, dont une panna cotta comme en Italie. Bravo d’avoir ainsi donné à Oloron une table qui réveille le centre-ville !
