Very good restaurant, service was normal and on time. The waitress was very pleasant. We had lamb sweetbreads and salmon, both excellent, very high quality, and the portions were generous. I recommend it for anyone who wants a really good meal. There isn't a main course for less than €23. If you order a starter, main course, and dessert, the bill can quickly go over €55, but honestly, for those who want a great meal, go for it. Personally, I would have reduced the dessert prices by at least €1 and the main course price by €2, but that's just my opinion. And thank you again to the chef for this delicious meal. I highly recommend this restaurant. Go for it!

The chef and owner of the gourmet bistro in Oloron-Sainte-Marie truly loves his work. He will delight you with his sophisticated, subtle, and delicious cuisine made with high-quality, local ingredients. The service is excellent. Treat yourself. You won't forget this experience!

I was traveling alone and thought I'd like to have dinner, not just any old thing, and I was absolutely right. I arrived just before the kitchen closed, and they were so pleasant to serve me with a smile. The food was wonderful. They even brought me a delicious wine, just the way I liked it. Every moment was a pleasant glance. They made me feel right at home. A perfect 12 out of 10 experience.

The food was delicious, but the service was incredibly slow. In 1 hour and 15 minutes, we only had an aperitif and a starter. A real shame for a restaurant like this, because the service definitely needs improvement!

We were passing through Oloron after being turned away by several restaurants, and this one finally accepted us—I'd even say it was lucky the others refused us! :) The staff is very friendly and the chef is excellent. In fact, when we sent our plates home, they were completely empty. The food is carefully prepared and sophisticated; you only have to look at it, you only have to smell it, and you're already hooked before you even start eating. We'll definitely be back.

We were lucky to get a reservation here at short notice on a Sunday evening, especially as we had our dog with us. The hosts were welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely recommend eating here if you’re passing through. Thanks for a lovely evening.
