The neighborhood isn't much to look at, but just a stone's throw from the train station and Dax town center, we stumbled upon this little restaurant that had been recommended to us. The welcome is friendly, and the menu is varied every time we've been there. Everything is homemade. Fresh, refined, and presented worthy of a gourmet restaurant! It seems like a meeting place for local merchants. For the price, we've rarely eaten so well. So we'll be back. Bravo!
