Having visited this establishment for the first time as a group of three, I must admit that this restaurant lives up to its reputation. A pleasant atmosphere, efficient, smiling, and professional service, and excellent, original cuisine... I will definitely return, and thank you to the team for this unforgettable experience.

A pleasant atmosphere with a jazz soundtrack. If we understood correctly, the gentleman was serving, the lady was cooking, and everything was excellent from the appetizer to the dessert, perfectly complemented by the wines. We, who were only passing through Dax, had a wonderful evening.

Two experiences: one for the restaurant and one for a wine tasting. The food is excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, and the dishes are original and homemade. The service is slow, and when the restaurant is full, extra help would be welcome. The wine tasting was poorly organized: we were greeted hastily, and there was too much waiting between each wine and when paying the bill. It's a shame because the location is charming. Recommendation: improve the service and the welcome.

A disappointing wine tasting experience: a lukewarm welcome, a long wait, the white wine served wasn't chilled, and the portions were so small that it was difficult to appreciate what was being tasted. What a shame, because the setting is pleasant, and the charcuterie and cheese boards are excellent. The organization of the tastings needs improvement.

Two visits as a couple in May, one evening for dinner and another for a wine tasting.
The food is good and original, with prices that remain on the higher end.
The wait is relatively long, and the service is friendly but not very professional.
However, we received a very poor welcome during the wine tasting evening, despite having a reservation. The portions were ridiculously small (even though the wine was certainly provided free of charge by the winemaker), the service and explanations were rushed, and there was a long wait.
It's a shame; we think there's a structural problem at this otherwise pleasant place: hiring extra staff for the evening would, in our opinion, solve this chronic issue of poor service.
