A warm welcome, very friendly staff who were always available if needed. However, there is unfortunately a lack of vegetarian options.

A very beautiful setting, very pleasantly situated in a lovely room overlooking the meat aging cellars and display cases of pastries and preserves; a very nice terrace. The staff is very welcoming with highly efficient service. My daughter and I ordered exceptional meat: Japanese Wagyu of extraordinary tenderness, which I highly recommend pairing with their signature sauce made with the leftovers from all their aged meats: a rich veal jus that had the mirror-like quality of the finest sauces and an incredible depth of flavor. The side dishes are original and very good: we opted for tagliatelle with Parmesan and artichoke cream: superb! The price is high (€95 for a 200g piece of Japanese Wagyu) but entirely justified by the quality of the product, the cuisine, the service, and the setting. I highly recommend it. If I ever return to Annecy, I will definitely come back.
