We had a very good meal with my daughter; we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the café-restaurant as well as the warm welcome and smiles of the staff.

I had a wonderful time at this establishment. The atmosphere is truly pleasant and friendly from morning till night. Whether for breakfast or lunch, the service was impeccable from start to finish. The servers are very approachable, friendly, and genuinely funny; you quickly feel at ease, which is really nice. You can feel a real positive energy in this place; you walk in and immediately feel comfortable. I also chatted with the woman who seems to be the manager, perhaps Sarah if I'm not mistaken, and she was lovely. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and good cheer; it's a pleasure to find places where you can have such a great time.

The GRAND CAFÉ is an "institution" and a must-visit spot in Annecy's old town. Whether you want to eat, have a drink, or even watch a football match, it's the best. Special mention to RB and HB and to the TEAM⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

17/05/2026: A very poor choice of restaurant (despite a recommendation from an acquaintance). The waiter was incredibly rushed, had no wine knowledge, didn't offer a tasting before serving, and the service was rushed and disorganized. It's a shame, the setting was nice, but it's like a factory and... 🤨🤨
