We came for lunch today and had a wonderful time! We were held up at work and arrived late (our apologies again), but despite that, we received a very warm welcome. The waitstaff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made our experience so enjoyable. Our compliments to the Chef: every flavor is perfectly balanced, every dish is prepared with care and passion, and it shows in every bite. The presentation of the dishes is also noteworthy; it was exquisite. We visited 12 years ago when Olivier's restaurant was in Magalas, and August this year, in Béziers. Fantastic food and service. Olivier gives a very warm and personal welcome. Creative menu, excellent service.

There are moments shared that stay with you, and this restaurant is one of them. A chef who adds a touch of refinement to delicious food, with service that is both friendly and professional. Top-notch service from the moment you arrive. A lovely atmosphere, beautiful and tasteful decor, and a charming little library corner for children. Thank you to the chef and his wife in the dining room for adapting the menu for those who prefer lactose-free options; proof that it's truly homemade with fresh ingredients. A very pleasant encounter with the entire restaurant team.

What can you say when everything is perfect? The service was impeccable, the chef was present in the dining room, and all the little touches, like the complimentary truffle, were wonderful.
