Excellent cuisine, the Portuguese specialties truly taste of home, lovely setting. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and readily available. Everything is in place for a pleasant time enjoying a delicious meal.

25/08/2026: After a steep climb of about 100 meters to reach the heart of Montmorency from Soisy/Enghien, my favorite thing to do is settle down on the terrace of the "Cheval Blanc" for a well-deserved refreshment, just enough time to soak up the atmosphere before strolling around. From the terrace, there's a full view of the Place Roger Levanneur and its lively atmosphere, whether it's market day (Wednesday/Sunday) or not. And what has always surprised me is learning that the establishment used to settle the bills of impoverished intellectuals and artists in the 19th century by using one of their works.

24/07/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat in or order delivery. Never disappointed. The meat is good, tender, and not fatty, and the dishes are perfectly seasoned. I recommend it 100% and will continue to order from you.
