Nous y sommes allés tous les deux hier soir le 13/07, nous avons passé un excellent moment. Emplacement idéal proche centre. La cuisine est raffinée et très copieuse, les saveurs sont de la partie. Les ris de veau sont à tomber ! En ce qui concerne l’accueil : on se croirait « à la maison ». Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. Le chef vient nous saluer au niveau du dessert et rien que pour ça : c’est la classe. Franchement c’est un sans faute. C’était la première fois, mais soyez assurés que ça ne sera pas la dernière ! Merci !

Un repas en famille ou nous nous nous sommes tous régalés... Des plats délicieux, un accueil avec le sourire.. Le chef passe même en fin de repas pour voir si tout vous a convenu...un must.. Un couplé de restaurareur qui gagne à être plus connu...

Gourmet restaurant with generous portions. The sweetbreads are to die for, delicious. Restaurant not far from the center of Troyes, rue de Turenne, it is definitely worth taking a few extra steps. I recommend 500%.

We have been regularly visiting this excellent restaurant for over 10 years! Everything is perfect: very fresh local products, warm welcome, impeccable service and an explosion of flavors. The cuisine is inventive and the menu is changed very regularly. The chef always comes to collect our impressions. The prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality and quantity. Without doubt the best address to my knowledge…

I discovered a surprising cuisine: for its sweetness, its quality and its quality/price ratio and what's more, they managed to make me love asparagus. Some so-called gourmet restaurants should take inspiration from Ö Des Lys .

02/09/2024: First visit to this establishment yesterday for a family meal and a great discovery for the 7 guests. The whole table ate the rock menu and everyone enjoyed the moment. Well thought-out dishes with fresh, seasonal products, perfect seasonings, respected and controlled cooking. Special mention for cooking perfectly pearly fish. Value for money on the podium of Trojan establishments. Congratulations also for the room team, friendly exchanges in good humor and this is becoming rare. So if you come to Troyes, don't hesitate to stray slightly from the heart of the city to visit the rock. Thanks to the chef for our exchange at the end of the meal, we feel the passion for cooking in local circuits, working with fresh and seasonal products. We will come back to discover new dishes

07/10/2024: Un très bon restaurant tenu par une seule personne, qui accueille, qui cuisine, qui fait le service. C'est très bon. La formule déjeuner propose du choix dans un très bon rapport qualité - prix. On y retournera si il y a de la place (car cette adresse, victime de son succès, affiche souvent complet au déjeuner et au diner).
20/09/2024: Intimate restaurant with impeccable service, fresh and good quality food! The boss/waiter/bartender/chef manages his different roles to perfection.
