Quite surprised by what I have just experienced, I order a raw tuna, the lady serves me a raw chicken (I don't eat meat and I played the proximity card near work) - She hears that she made a mistake and changed the sandwich for me. she gives me the same paper wrapper (very greasy) so far no problem, but I check the sandwich and you know what still chicken in it with tuna and mayo/salad. observation: I think she emptied the sandwich of its chicken to replace it with tuna (incidentally the customer behind me wanted to have the chicken sandwich, the lady said no)! so disappointed
