What can I say... delicious food, fast service. The price reflects the quality. An extraordinary gourmet restaurant near Toulouse, perhaps the best (2-Michelin-star level, but not quite...)! The chef knows how to subtly blend flavors to delight the palate! Enjoy your meal.

We came as a family of four for lunch and were seated in the room next to the entrance. The atmosphere was... how to put it, perhaps a little cold. We were seated at a huge round table, quite far apart from each other. All the windows were open, which meant we were visited by several flies during our meal—a shame. The menu is chosen blind, which makes it difficult to appreciate all the dishes because even if you like a lot of things, there are always some ingredients you don't like as much, and that makes you enjoy the food less. However, the chef adapts the menu according to your tastes, intolerances, etc. My daughter, who ordered the children's menu (also chosen blind), doesn't like tomatoes or fruit, so she prefers meat. They adapted, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I found the dishes lacked depth. However, the cooking was perfect. The strawberry and rhubarb dessert was very difficult to eat with a spoon; we had to ask for a knife, which should have been done beforehand. While the bread was replenished as soon as it ran out, we had to ask for water several times. It's still a good restaurant, but we ate better there a few years ago. It was my 16-year-old's first fine dining experience, and he loved it!

Six of us came for Mother's Day: Six delighted and enchanted guests! Everything was perfect. A very warm welcome, flavorful cuisine that showcases the ingredients, excellent wine recommendations, no frills, just authenticity. In short, a real treat!

The setting of this restaurant is lovely; with the beautiful weather, we were seated on the terrace, overlooking a charming Toulouse-style square. The service was precise, understated, and efficient. Kudos to the chef; he was original while remaining true to French and local flavors. We loved everything. We will be back.
