I Went there with my husband and in laws and family (9 people) and the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is the service ! Our waiter was so rude and arrogant to ME specifically that the entire table noticed and was just uncomfortable and so confused as to why !!
My family owns restaurants in New York and DC, they’re not Michelin star but I never seen such arrogance toward a costumer ever ! Started with the drinks menu after he said we make regular cocktails I asked « can I have a margarita » answer was « no » period! No alternative no explanation no nothing, but then I was like ok never mind he’s not gonna ruin our dinner !!! Because the service MAKES UP HALF THE EXPERIENCE and in this case bad ! I asked ho many courses were left then he calls me a child for eating bread and not having a big appetite for the rest, but he made it sound like a joke but nobody laughed besides him, quite the opposite everyone was annoyed !! My daughter was asked if she preferred fish or meat and she said meat , so I saw him walk away and I said sir, she likes it medium rare, and he looked at me as if I said something wild then he goes, it’s not read meat and walked away ! How do you know if she wants the meat you offer, you’re supposed to announce the meat you’re serving to her before ordering it anyways !! We took the wine paring as well, and every time he’d serve the wine he would come, pour it, then leave and come back Afterwards to tell us what it was ! Not to mention how he presented: shirt coming off the side of pants, collar going sideways and overlaying on the jacket, anyways didn’t look propre to me.
Food was good overall, some dishes better than others in my opinion. But presentation was pretty. my favorite was the mushroom-langoustine (picture below) cocotte and the veal. and the worst was the blue cheese ice cream (but that’s a personal taste nothing against the chef) and the squid was too fishy smell for me. So bottom line if you expect a Michelin star service, you’re at the wrong place and will leave with a bitter taste…

We came last night and felt like we were being served by the Addams Family (cold, uncommunicative, and sharp-tongued). The service was mediocre, and we had a lot of trouble understanding the menu. The food was also mediocre, but acceptable.

We've known this establishment for over 20 years. Never disappointed. Clear, perfectly executed cuisine with excellent ingredients and beautiful presentation. The announcement of the loss of the star made us wonder: What happened? And to find out, we went back last night... Well, nothing has changed... Whether it was the squid stuffed with scallop coral mousse, the pot-au-feu broth with vegetable pearls and grated truffle, the langoustine fricassee with foie gras cubes and oyster mushrooms, the seared scallop with parmesan espuma, the veal medallion with parsnip and morels, the Roquefort lollipop, the grapefruit and white chocolate mousse pre-dessert, or the chocolate and hazelnut dessert, everything was, as always, up to our expectations. No lengthy descriptions of the dishes, just understated elegance. When there's a sauce (like with langoustines, for example), you can taste it because it's not a comma or three dots on the plate that you have to search for with the tip of your knife! We deduce that the Michelin Guide will undoubtedly have to shake things up to remind everyone of its existence.
So, Ô Saveurs, don't change a thing, keep delighting your customers by doing what you do best: Real cooking!

We ordered the set menu for two. The atmosphere lacked warmth, and the dining room was rather noisy, making it difficult to hear the waiters' explanations. The presentation of the dishes was good. We were expecting surprising flavors, and apart from the dessert, nothing truly wow. Satisfied, but nothing more.
