O Saveurs sur Rouffiac-Tolosan

We've known this establishment for over 20 years. Never disappointed. Clear, perfectly executed cuisine with excellent ingredients and beautiful presentation. The announcement of the loss of the star made us wonder: What happened? And to find out, we went back last night... Well, nothing has changed... Whether it was the squid stuffed with scallop coral mousse, the pot-au-feu broth with vegetable pearls and grated truffle, the langoustine fricassee with foie gras cubes and oyster mushrooms, the seared scallop with parmesan espuma, the veal medallion with parsnip and morels, the Roquefort lollipop, the grapefruit and white chocolate mousse pre-dessert, or the chocolate and hazelnut dessert, everything was, as always, up to our expectations. No lengthy descriptions of the dishes, just understated elegance. When there's a sauce (like with langoustines, for example), you can taste it because it's not a comma or three dots on the plate that you have to search for with the tip of your knife! We deduce that the Michelin Guide will undoubtedly have to shake things up to remind everyone of its existence. So, Ô Saveurs, don't change a thing, keep delighting your customers by doing what you do best: Real cooking!

This restaurant deserves at least one star! We'll be back, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you!

We ordered the set menu for two. The atmosphere lacked warmth, and the dining room was rather noisy, making it difficult to hear the waiters' explanations. The presentation of the dishes was good. We were expecting surprising flavors, and apart from the dessert, nothing truly wow. Satisfied, but nothing more.

A disappointment compared to previous visits. A real lack of warmth and empathy from the service, which seemed like a forced obligation. The dishes were well-presented but not very tasty.

You'll appreciate the local produce offered by the kitchen team, led by the dedicated chef David, who will bring you a world of flavors so that your taste buds can discover or be delighted by every dish, suggestion, and treat. We ate at this restaurant on Saturday to celebrate our 4th anniversary, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I had been there a few years ago and was pleasantly surprised by the change in decor: the setting is now magnificent, very sleek, and truly inviting. The staff is fantastic: smiling, friendly, attentive, and responsive. They take our preferences into account, and that makes all the difference. The meal was delicious. We left feeling satisfied without being bloated, which was very much appreciated. We found an excellent set menu, with very good value for money. There really is something for every budget. Honestly, everything was perfect: the setting, the atmosphere, the welcome, and of course, the food. I have absolutely no complaints. It was truly delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I thank my friends for this wonderful gift. A truly exceptional culinary experience. I'll be a little wiser watching Top Chef when they talk about the harmony of flavors as a guiding principle and the balance of tastes. And I dream of being able to repeat this experience someday.

We opted for the set menu and came for lunch. We were disappointed by both the setting and the food. The decor could be a bit less minimalist and more elaborate. We were seated in the entrance area, which is anything but intimate and feels very cold. The seating reflects this same atmosphere. While the presentation of the dishes was certainly attractive, we weren't particularly impressed by the flavors, except for the ravioli, which were very good. The butternut squash dessert was very disappointing, which is a shame as a way to end the meal. The service, however, was excellent. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

What can I say about our evening on Saturday, January 24th at the Ō Saveurs restaurant... Excellent!! From the first bite to dessert, we enjoyed delicate dishes with perfectly coordinated colors, veritable works of art. A burst of flavor with every spoonful. François, with his discreet manner, is attentive and very funny. THANK YOU.
