The welcome is always so friendly. Varied menus, excellent cuisine, refined, beautifully presented, clearly made with good products, heated plates and real cloth napkins; in short, pure bliss! It would surely be very difficult to find better value for money in Évreux. Thank you.

The restaurant is extremely good, I had an excellent tarte tatin as a starter, a perfect fillet of beef with its pepper sauce and vegetables and fries on the side. I highly recommend it, I don't think you'll regret it.

22/11/2025: Joachim allowed me to celebrate my mother's birthday at his restaurant, which he had reserved exclusively for me, despite the rather short notice. We had a lovely evening and enjoyed the food!
18/11/2025: I used the Bistro's catering services. They provided a delicious paella for a birthday party with 40 guests. The organization was efficient and professional, and we were even able to modify our order after booking without any issues. I highly recommend them.
