Ms. Sarah helped me understand and take advantage of several promotions, which allowed me to save a significant amount of money. She took the time to explain everything to me with great patience and kindness. Ms. Sabrina, for her part, managed to resolve a seemingly insurmountable problem. It involved a €50 voucher whose printing had almost completely faded and become illegible. Despite this, she did the necessary research and managed to find it. This voucher was for a returned product I had received as a gift, which I wasn't happy with. I am very grateful for her dedication and efficiency. Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. Kelly, also at the customer service desk, was completely different. I felt she was reacting as if the money was coming out of her own pocket. Yet, the product was brand new, undamaged, and in perfect condition. Being a foreigner and not fully understanding certain points, I asked the same question twice to be sure I had understood correctly. Her reaction was cold, impatient, and unprofessional, which made me very uncomfortable. What should have been a simple return process turned into an unpleasant experience that truly ruined my day. Fortunately, thanks to the professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service of Ms. Sarah and Ms. Sabrina, my opinion of the customer service was largely restored. I sincerely thank them and express my deepest gratitude. Employees like them make you want to return to this store.
