15/03/2026: September 2022. Nogent-le-Rotrou. Regular customer. I've noticed a decline in service. Long waits. Cooking times not respected. Cleaning is also neglected. Customers aren't babysitters. Either the restaurant needs to deal with screaming and shouting children, or the staff is incompetent in handling this problem.
14/03/2026: Thank you to Nael for your warm welcome and service. Your professionalism and kindness brightened our family meal. We will definitely come back to see you on our next visit to Nogent-le-Rotrou!

09/05/2026: The warm goat cheese salad wasn't good. There were a few salads on toast, and they were burnt. The rum babas were uninteresting. Luckily, the fries were edible. It's a real shame the quality isn't there; the place itself is very nice.

However, a major drawback is the owner's attitude, which is often unpleasant and disrespectful to his staff, damaging the restaurant's image and overall quality. Let's not forget the importance of respecting employees; they are also the reason you make a living.
It's also worth noting that the takeaway pizzas seem to have declined in quality: they are smaller and less generous than before, which is quite disappointing. We had gotten into the habit of making the trip to Nogent specifically for their pizzas rather than ordering delivery from another restaurant. Perhaps they're considering a serious reassessment?

22/04/2026: Very good experience. Clean and welcoming restaurant. For a fast food restaurant, I find them very professional.
17/04/2026: Arriving around 10:30 PM with my family, we stopped at this establishment to eat and charge our vehicle before continuing our journey.
The charging station was occupied by a vehicle that wasn't charging. I calmly asked if it would be possible to check the situation or contact the customer to free up the space.
The manager replied that he "had the right," without any verification or attempt at a solution, even though the station was clearly unused and we were waiting with children and a travel constraint.
No alternative was offered, and no real effort was made to address the situation. We were simply left without a solution.
In this type of setup (restaurant + charging stations), a minimum level of management of inactive spaces is normally expected to avoid this kind of blockage, which was not the case here.
I will report this incident to McDonald's. As it stands, this experience does not meet the expected service standards for an establishment that welcomes the public and travellers.

29/06/2024: Poorly informed at reception regarding a gift card (I was told that it was valid for 1 year from the date of activation at checkout when it is one year from the date of purchase
As a result, I lost the remaining amount on my card and when I went to claim it at reception, I was very poorly received.
Very disappointed with this store in which I was an employee, it has changed a lot!!!!!!!!!

02/08/2024: Accueil chaleureux. restaurant climatisé et appréciable avec une chaleur extérieure de plus de 30°. Les menus sont complets et bien servis excepté la pièce du boucher un peu trop mini ! la glace à la pistache était délicieuse sans colorant ! Une grande gamelle d'eau servie à mon petit toutou ! Je recommande ce restaurant.
22/07/2024: Une très bonne table, une carte simplifiée, 3 ou 4 entrées, idem pour le plat principal, les produits sont très bien préparés et bien mis en valeur. Le service est très bien, un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le cadre est simple mais on y mange très bien. Une adresse à retenir si vous passez à Nogent le Rotrou !

12/10/2024: Quelle merveilleuse découverte ! Le poulet shaki korma était tout simplement divin et le naan au fromage, une tuerie ! Le service était également très agréable. Nous avons passé une soirée délicieuse et reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant indien à tous les gourmands !
