The best restaurant in Lons, by far! Deserves a Michelin star, even if the friendly atmosphere is absolutely not "fussy" and is intended to be simple. In short, the perfect restaurant! Refined food, regularly updated menu, A couple of adorable enthusiasts who know how to advise you, really nice waitress. You won't know what a good restaurant is until you've been to Ô Tablier.

That was the best gastronomic experience in a long time, thank you very much. The staff and especially the chef are incredibly friendly, courteous and attentive. The food was great, very imaginative dishes that tasted phenomenally good. The small but fine wine list with lots of Jura jewels deserves a particularly positive mention, and the chef can also give great advice if you have any questions. Thanks again and I hope to come back again one day.

I could tell you a story, with a rather poetic description, of what we tasted, and the wonderful time we had. But as with a good film, I don't want to spoil the surprises that this superb address held by a team of enthusiasts holds for future readers of this review. Great food with beautiful presentation, very knowledgeable staff who were happy and passionate to advice and recommend. Spoke both French and good English. A tremendous experience and would throughly recommend.

Là on ne parle plus de qualité. Mais d'excellence. N'y mettez même pas les pieds si vous êtes au régime ! Il faudra vous y prendre à l'avance, l'endroit devient trop connu. Je vais d'ailleurs peut-être en dire un peu de mal dorénavant...
