The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice Very warm welcome and the food is excellent! The place is quiet and pleasant for a restaurant outing with friends.

A beautiful place, in one of those narrow Chartres streets and a few steps from the cathedral. A discreet, pleasant service and there to advise. Delicious traditional French cuisine, clearly made with passion. All very affordable. I adore!

Very warm welcome, quality cuisine and service. The setting is typical bistro. A few tables in the converted cellar, superb place. We recommend it.

Reserviert. gemütlich mit örtlichen Spezialitäten wie Würste und Fischpastete. Und eine spezielle Form der Tagliata. Direkt um die Ecke zur Kathedrale. Freundliche und hilfreiche Bedienung, einsehbare Küche. Guter Wein der Region. Übrigens: Die Kathedrale können Sie sich sparen: Sie ist totrestauriert, kein Fetzen mehr von Geschichte und Tradition des christlichen Glaubens. Innen alles klinisch weiß und bunt bemalt. Da muß man sich im O Tire Bouchon erholen bei einem Schnaps.

A great moment of pleasure in this charming restaurant. Everything is perfect, generous and excellent cuisine, top service combining efficiency and kindness. A very friendly setting and omnipresent humor. And all this for a more than reasonable price. I totally recommend. Thank you to the team for this superb moment.

Very well prepared Lyonnaise cuisine at a fair price. Located near the cathedral, the decoration attracts the eye and invites you to enter. Very nice home

Etablissement très bien situé près de la cathédrale. Il est prudent de réserver. L'accueil est charmant, les explications bienvenues. Très bonne qualité des mets proposés. On notera une "pantagruélique" tête de veau, cuite à souhait et une gribiche de bonne facture. L'andouillette de veau vaut la peine. Un baba généreusement arrosé de rhum complète la panoplie. Vins à tous les prix. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
