Reserviert. gemütlich mit örtlichen Spezialitäten wie Würste und Fischpastete. Und eine spezielle Form der Tagliata. Direkt um die Ecke zur Kathedrale. Freundliche und hilfreiche Bedienung, einsehbare Küche. Guter Wein der Region.
Übrigens: Die Kathedrale können Sie sich sparen: Sie ist totrestauriert, kein Fetzen mehr von Geschichte und Tradition des christlichen Glaubens. Innen alles klinisch weiß und bunt bemalt. Da muß man sich im O Tire Bouchon erholen bei einem Schnaps.

Very well prepared Lyonnaise cuisine at a fair price. Located near the cathedral, the decoration attracts the eye and invites you to enter.

Etablissement très bien situé près de la cathédrale. Il est prudent de réserver. L'accueil est charmant, les explications bienvenues. Très bonne qualité des mets proposés. On notera une "pantagruélique" tête de veau, cuite à souhait et une gribiche de bonne facture. L'andouillette de veau vaut la peine. Un baba généreusement arrosé de rhum complète la panoplie. Vins à tous les prix.
