What a wonderful discovery the YOKOZO restaurant in Béziers is! I had the pleasure of dining there recently and I am still under the spell of this exceptional culinary experience. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere is warm and authentic, with careful decoration. The staff is remarkably friendly, attentive and attentive throughout the meal. The menu offers a wide choice of Japanese specialties, each more tempting than the last. From starters to desserts, including main courses, each plate is a true taste masterpiece. I highly recommend this restaurant, a wonderful team between the cooks and their waitress. The chef is very involved in his restaurant. I have come several times and have never been disappointed. Clean restaurant, nothing to say about hygiene.
