Obazine Bar sur Aubazines

A fantastic restaurant with a warm welcome, impeccable service and cuisine, as well as fabulous desserts at a very reasonable price. Plus, a lovely terrace overlooking the square, shaded by plane trees.

After a short hike along the monks' canal, we just wanted to grab a sandwich. Thomas, the chef, kindly pointed us to a local shop, and we ended up discovering his appetizer platter for two—gargantuan and excellent. A real treat, with incredibly generous flavors. Beyond the food, the two young waitresses were exceptionally kind. Discreet yet attentive to our needs. This meal in the little square, shaded by trees, accompanied by French songs (Thomas even sang a few lines, and by the way, he has a lovely voice), will remain a wonderful memory of our vacation. Don't hesitate to go and discover this incredibly generous cuisine.

We dined on the terrace, but perhaps we didn't get the right waitress, who, for her, didn't know much about local beer and couldn't tell us anything more about what was on offer. Otherwise, the setting was pleasant and the service was quick. A little more staff training and you'd be top-notch.

A superb welcome for a meal before visiting the abbey. Very friendly. Excellent, simple cuisine. What more could you ask for?

Lunch today at Coco's in Aubazine. What can I say? Go without hesitation, as you'll be welcomed by charming people: the owner and two smiling waitresses eager to please. Today's set menu was excellent (€18.50 for a starter, main course, and dessert) – kudos to the chef! Very good value for money. If you're ever in Aubazine, don't hesitate to visit them and book a table!

Don't go there at 2pm for a drink; it's impossible to move a table or get chairs... Well, there were four of us and two children, so probably not the expected clientele... Terrible service.

A quiet, shaded terrace. Quick and friendly service. Local and fresh ingredients on the plate. What more could you ask for?

I stopped for a drink and received a warm and friendly welcome from the waitresses. When I decided to have a meal, one of the waitresses professionally presented the daily menu, but as I'm vegetarian, it wasn't suitable for me. She did, however, ask the chef if there was anything that could be done. I really appreciate places where the staff enjoys their work and takes care of customers with a smile and kindness. A big thank you!

I recommend it! This afternoon we ordered ice cream (By the way, it was very good 🍦) And the little one dropped a scoop on the floor, and the waitress generously gave us another scoop. Honestly, thank you! ☺️ It's great! 👍🏻
