A good place for a brasserie dinner. Avoid L'Andouillette de Troyes, which is suitable for palates and noses that are not quite up to par. Good beers and wonderful staff.

24/02/2026: Excellent restaurant! I would have gladly given it 4.5 stars, but I'm giving it 4 for lack of a better option. The cuisine is superb, almost gourmet, with real attention paid to allergies. The set menus are a bit pricey, but the quality is definitely there.
