O'Grill sur Vaison-La-Romaine

We went to this restaurant as a family with our daughters, aged 2.5 and 4.5, as well as our parents and friends. The welcome was exceptional; the staff were incredibly kind, especially to our daughters, who were treated like princesses. The setting is magnificent, and we have rarely eaten so well. Everything was excellent.

Only visited the restaurant in winter. It was dark, so no view. Nice meal, but small portions.

Simply delicious! The place is classy, ​​the welcome warm, and we were very satisfied with the service; the two waitresses were fantastic! As for the food, it was incredible! The aperitif was a 10/10! A set menu of starter, main course, and dessert, well-chosen and reasonably priced. Our friends gave us a gift certificate to use at the panoramic bistro, and we had a wonderful time. From Gaëlle's warm welcome and attentive yet unobtrusive service, to the carefully prepared and refined cuisine, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. Excellent value for money. A very nice selection of wines, recommended perfectly. I highly recommend this place. Looking forward to seeing you again soon! 🤩

We had one of our best dinners of the month in Provence at Bistro Panoramique tonight. This is one of two restaurants at this location in the old medieval town part of Vaison La Romaine. The room was beautifully mid century modern with a fire roaring in a stove making the restaurant amazingly comfortable on a cold rainy night. There’s a great view better seen doing the day. The food was brilliant and served very competently without hovering. An amuse bouche came immediately consisting of a thick mushroom soup with a cheeses cookie and a seeded cracker. Starters were a cassoulette of prawns in a seafood broth with a stuffed ravioli. Main course was slow roasted chicken with mushrooms and truffles and fish of the day - hake - in a citrus sauce over risotto. Desserts were a deconstructed Black Forest cake and a pineapple with passion fruit mousse and coconut cream. A very nice and reasonable wine list and help choosing a vin blanc cote du Rhône to accompany the meal. Overall a meal to remember. And the restaurant is just steps away from a parking lot. We were sorry we are leaving tomorrow or we’d be back.

We didn't eat because the restaurant was closed. But he recommended a colleague located not far from his home (he even made the reservation for us!) and we ate really well. So I recommend it 100% because a restaurateur who doesn't hesitate to recommend another restaurant directly proves the quality of service, so just for that it deserves 10 stars 😊

Lovely restaurant, located at the top of Vaison. Stunning views of the town and the Ouvèze River. The food was very good. Special mention for the beef, which was delicious. One small drawback: the service is extremely rushed. The next plates arrive almost as soon as the table is cleared… Perhaps they could try leaving a little more time between courses to allow diners to truly enjoy their meal.

A wonderful time! A quiet dinner for two with a magnificent view of Vaison-la-Romaine. An extremely interesting wine list with a wide selection of local wines and more! The evening menus are very well thought out and reasonably priced. Lovely and professional service. Thank you for this wonderful time.
