Oh P'tits Canneles sur Le Pouliguen

I had already tasted the sweet cannelés at the store which were very good. But there was a little disappointment, I had some at the gastronomy fair, 5 of them were moldy the next evening I could only eat 4 I still give it 4 stars because the ones I was able to eat were very good, especially the chorizo! Is this a conservation problem or was it several days old already, I don't know
