12/06/2026: While passing through Pouliguen, we loved this little crêperie located near the church. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a smile, kindness, and attentiveness 👏. A big thank you to the two people who were serving for their qualities mentioned above. The service is quick. The savory buckwheat crêpes are very good, and the sweet crêpes too. 👍😋😋👏😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 The mussels in cream sauce were a real treat 😋😋 A must-visit in Pouliguen! I highly recommend this place; don't miss it! 👍

18/05/2026: We got married in Le Pouliguen in May 2026 with L'Aparté as our caterer for the entire wedding (cocktail hour and dinner), and it was AMAZING!! Even during the planning stages, their professionalism, availability, and attentiveness allowed us to organize our wedding with complete confidence. But it was during the wedding itself that we truly realized how fantastic the L'Aparté team was. The food was excellent, especially the meat cooked on the brazier, which was worthy of a gourmet restaurant and perfectly matched what we had tasted a few months before the wedding. But beyond simply being a caterer, the L'Aparté team went above and beyond our expectations, with many thoughtful touches and by taking the initiative to resolve the inevitable unexpected issues that arise during a wedding. Honestly, having Camille and her team by our side during our wedding allowed us to experience a fantastic and stress-free day! THANK YOU!!!

16/05/2026: Hired for our wedding, L'Aparté Traiteur was extremely professional. From the tastings to choose the menu and hors d'oeuvres, to the discussions to adjust our beverage and meal needs, everything pointed to an excellent service. The day before, they set up the venue, and on the day itself, they complimented the quality of service during the cocktail hour and dinner, which enhanced the already exquisite dishes. They deserve your trust in planning your event.

20/05/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for over 15 years, every time I'm in La Baule. The Bateau Ivre mussels were a must, even for a two-day stay; it was unthinkable not to go at least once. My husband would make the reservation and knew the former owners well. Since the sale, I've been disappointed with the recipe, which is supposedly identical. I tried it again recently, and the disappointment is simply too great: where before the special sauce generously coated the mussels, and you could still dip the fries in it, now it's just a slightly colored liquid floating on the bottom. Awful. You can still taste the ingredients of the original recipe, but the generosity is gone, and it's not worth the price. Special mention goes to the very unpleasant conversation I had about this: I was told that the recipe is identical to the original, that the creators even come to the kitchen to check that it's being made correctly. Someone isn't telling the truth. Those who knew the recipe before know this. Luckily, the natural turnover of customers makes this review NS (Not Applicable). The galettes and crêpes are still delicious.

22/05/2026: Great service! Even though the waiter was doing everything himself, it was all very quick and, despite being very busy, he was super friendly and attentive. The place is very popular with locals and tourists alike. We've had breakfast here several times. Baguette, croissant, jam, butter, and orange juice, including a café crème, all at a great price. In short: We'll definitely be back! 😀 ...as always, everything is perfect here! 😀😃🙂
