30/09/2026: We were very pleased with our lunch on the terrace at the beach café, formerly known as La Voile d'Or.
The place has been modernized, the tables are well-set, the welcome is very friendly, and the food is excellent, with better value for money than before (especially the fish of the day, which is a really good choice without being expensive!).
29/09/2026: Emilie and her colleague gave us a warm welcome and presented us with a delicious menu featuring beautiful dishes.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and what can I say about the view from the interior of the restaurant?
It's a comfortable escape, surrounded by stylish decor.

13/09/2026: A very original concept: the galettes are served in a cone. The staff is helpful and very pleasant. The ingredients are fresh, and the galettes are thin and crispy…simply exceptional!
You can eat in, but the seating is very cramped, which isn't very convenient; ideally, choose a spot in the shade.

27/09/2026: I've never been so disappointed in my life! Avoid at all costs! The owner is incredibly dishonest! No paper towels, no orange in the spritz, hardly any fries on the plate, rosé T-bone ordered but served overcooked, wine served only after the plate was finished—in short, a nightmare!
27/09/2026: Oh dear, run away!!! The beef tartare tasted only of mustard... the T-bone steak was so poorly cooked 😵... not the other dishes on the menu... the service was friendly. Frankly, it's lucky for them they're in the center of Le Pouliguen and attract customers who will only come once....

30/08/2026: We arrived half an hour before closing time, and it seems it wasn't just the boat that was drunk. Wrong orders... lemon butter crepes instead of brown sugar crepes... bitter butter crepes... and the staff's behavior was appalling!
We won't be back!

Quick and efficient service.
Excellent lasagna served with a fresh, well-seasoned salad.
The wood-fired "Sole" pizza was very good and generously topped.
We'll have to try the homemade desserts next time.
In short, we highly recommend this place.

A very friendly welcome.
What more can I say except that this is an address to remember, and easy to remember, located opposite the church.

01/07/2026: Away from the port, near the train station, a happy accident. In the middle of a heatwave, we received a warm welcome from a friendly and efficient waitress. This is a working-class restaurant with delicious homemade food. That day we enjoyed a wonderful skate with capers and shellfish sauce... a buffet of very fresh crudités, charcuterie, and seafood, cheese or dessert, and a quarter bottle of wine included in the €15.50 set menu. If we return to Le Pouliguen, we will definitely stop by! 🙂👍

10/07/2026: Truly delightful treats served with immense kindness. The hardest part is resisting the temptation to buy them every time you walk by! We always return with great pleasure, never having been disappointed by the quality and variety of their canelés. A must-try!
25/06/2026: We ordered canelés for our civil wedding reception and they were absolutely delicious. All our guests loved them! Communication was very smooth.
We highly recommend them!
