Always well received, fast service and good quality of dishes

I ate there in 2022 and I had an excellent memory, rather above standard in this range of Chinese-Japanese restaurants which are all a bit similar, in Paris. New visit in January 2024: fairly ordinary or even average food (very small portion of fish in the makis, soy sauce cut with water, but that is unfortunately a common practice in these restaurants). What shocked me the most was to see, in the storage fridge, what type of wine was served by the glass... This one looks cheap on the menu but is actually relatively expensive when you know that they serve simili-villageoise (very, very cheap table wine in a plastic bottle). It seems to me that there are limits to wanting to increase your margin at all costs and cut corners on all cost items, especially in this country where other options exist for a quality wine at a reasonable price... The service was as for he efficient and fast, but quite stressed and not warm at all.
