Clean restaurant. The lovely staff and the top-notch cuisine. You will find Charolais burgers generously served with fries which are excellent, very good pizzas, pastured meats, fish and pasta, you even have fresh salads, in short, go for it, it's great and super good!!

Very good dish, for my part I had a Lamb shank the meat was tender as butter I recommend this dish. Beautiful decoration, very good atmosphere. Waitress "Shirley" really pleasant and caring.

Design place, subdued with comfortable seats. The team is smiling and dynamic. I was there for a working lunch. Ordered: a Charolaise pizza and a grenadine lemonade. Thank you ☺️ Point of improvement: Some servers could be more friendly and the velvet armchairs deserve a visit to an upholsterer to give them a boost.

Brasserie Olivium, located in the Qwartz shopping center, offers the option of indoor or outdoor seating on the terrace. We chose to sit inside as it was a bit windy outside. The staff, very courteous and friendly, placed us at a table near the entrance. The table was initially a little wobbly, but they quickly stabilized it. My girlfriend and I ordered the following dishes: she had the salmon with passion fruit sauce and mashed potatoes, while I opted for a 350gr entrecôte with pepper sauce and fries House. For drinks, we took a bottle of Evian water and a 50 cl Affligem blonde draft beer. They also brought bread, as can be seen in the photo. The quality of the food was very good. The entrecôte was well cooked (I had asked for it medium rare, but not raw in the center) and the salmon, accompanied by its mashed potatoes, was also very tasty. To finish, I had an espresso coffee, which was also very well made. In total, we paid 36.95 euros per person, a very reasonable price considering the good quality of the dishes. I highly recommend Brasserie Olivium if you find yourself at Qwartz Mall and want to eat a quality meal.

Fair price and nice place with outdoor terrace! Various and excellent meals without forgetting the good cocktails. Smiling, welcoming and very friendly staff. Well located in the Quartz sur Villeneuve shopping center. Large parking lot and accessible to people with reduced mobility.
