Omeletterie La Poele sur Chamonix-Mont-Blanc

We had lunch here the day we arrived in Chamonix as we were walking around the center and saw that the terrace was pretty full. We were four people and we shared two pizzas and two omelettes and even though it wasnt bad, it was also nothing special at all. Pizzas were okay although not very italian like. We decided to try the omelettes as it looked as if it was the specialty and they were very average and too pricey not to be at least good. I would not really recommend getting it. In terms of service it was okay although as they were full they were running around. In general i cant say its a great place although its also not horrible I guess but there plenty better options in Chamonix for sure. Large beers were 10€ a piece which after being in Chamonix for several days felt expensive. In general they are pretty expensive everywhere but here even more.

Great food, convenient location, huge selection of crepes. I got the omelette and it's good too. Friend got a crepe (without cheese) and it's delicious too!

Found this cute little place around the corner from our hotel and we had yummy omelettes. Great place for a breakfast or lunch. Many different omelette options.

Ordered the burratina salad (burrata was not fresh it was firm and there was little to no rocket/arugula); garlic bread was saturated in either butter or oil and the side salad dressing was too sweet and overwhelming; steak was good; pizza was pretty bad (charred at the bottom and the oregano was overpowering the cheese and tomato flavors). Bread was cut earlier and dried out in several areas. Service was nice The restaurant was nice and clean, but wanted something tastier for the cost.

The atmosphere was very good, but the cheese of the fondue wss not the best and the food took a bit of time to come.
