Probably the best establishment I have ever discovered in Paris. This restaurant allowed me to discover Paris in all its splendor. I go there every day. Nihat and all the staff are of exceptional quality and kindness, always there to advise you and give you a warm welcome.

24/11/2025: The welcome was very pleasant, but the food was very average. The butcher's cut was of mediocre quality, and the osso buco portion was small. The desserts were also bland. Disappointed.
