The hotel is in a quiet, upscale, and safe area. A pharmacy, grocery stores, and cafes, including Noir, are nearby. Most importantly, the rooms have bidets and are spacious, especially considering the hotels in Europe and Paris. It's conveniently located near the Champs-Élysées, about an 18-minute walk. The service is outstanding; all the staff are incredibly friendly, respectful, and helpful. The hotel itself is large, its facilities are well-organized, and even the lobby has a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

This review is long overdue. I stayed at this hotel just before Christmas 2024, arriving in the midst of dreadfully cold and gloomy weather. I was wind-swept and weary, but the reception staff greeted me with such genuine kindness and courtesy; it truly provided a warm and delightful beginning to my time in Paris. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service from the gentleman wearing glasses—it would be a great pleasure to see his cheerful face upon my return. My subsequent experience at the hotel was equally lovely. It seems the hotel hosts many business events, giving the lobby and restaurant a spacious, bustling atmosphere. During the festive season, this felt incredibly cosy and welcoming, which I adored. The room was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. I was especially taken with the hotel’s own branded water bottle—adorned with classic star motifs and the Arc de Triomphe (a nod to the hotel’s fantastic location). It is quite stunning, easily rivalling anything found in a high-end gift shop. The location is superb, with easy access to the station and Metro, and an abundance of local restaurants nearby. Furthermore, the complimentary Seine river cruise tickets were a wonderful gesture. I thoroughly enjoyed the voyage, and even now, looking back at the photographs I took on the water, I am fondly reminded of the comfort and warmth of my stay here.

Viviana was fantastic! We were desperate for a place to stay after our original accommodations were without heat and hot water in January! She was able to find ajoining rooms for our family and was so welcoming! The rooms were spacious, newly renovated, and comfortable. Thank you Viviana for helping to make our stay in Paris so enjoyable!

Old hotel, poorly equipped rooms. Good location near the metro and a 10-minute walk to the Champs Elysees.
