Traveling for work in this area from time to time, we went to OTO because I had fond memories of it. We ordered the Chrono menu, and frankly, the dish was rather basic (chicken and rice), a very simple choice, but the portion size was outrageous—far too small to fill us up. Luckily, there was bread. Honestly, paying €19.90 for a dessert, a mini gourmet tea (three small pastries), is a bit much. I don't think I would have complained about the price if it had been €14.90 for a main course and dessert, but they're really pushing the price of the menu. I know restaurants in the city center that are much cheaper, more generous, and just as good. The Chrono menu is best avoided.

The restaurant offers high-quality, fresh ingredients. However, the quantity of the dishes is a little disappointing compared to the price. I found the portions insufficient, which left me a little hungry. A little more generous portion size would have been appreciated to justify the value for money. The staff and restaurant are pleasant. The service is excellent.

27/01/2025: It's always a pleasure to come back to this restaurant! The welcome is warm, the service very attentive, and everything is done to make you feel privileged. The cuisine, for its part, is a pure delight: subtle flavors, perfectly presented plates, and real attention to detail. We were surprised by the two negative reviews which seemed to concern a single table. Frankly, this in no way reflects our experience, which is impeccable every time. An essential address where we will return again, with great pleasure!
14/01/2025: This restaurant is a marvel!! I have been on a business trip for 3 months and I have tried all the restaurants in town, so I can say that Le Parvis is THE BEST RESTAURANT IN CHOLET!!! And from afar!! Succulent dishes and smiling, efficient servers!!
