The Kilkenny beer was very good and well-drafted, the fish and chips were great, and the burger we had and the Apple crumble were delicious, to return.

Nice little pub just outside the old town. Cosy and with a good selection if beers to choose from. Carpet floors and dark wood all help to give it the feel a traditional English pub.

The Breakfast Club

05/06/2024: As a Scotsman living in Bordeaux, it was a delight to find somewhere that serves a full British breakfast with proper bacon and black pudding! The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the location is lovely, although slightly cramped. The prices I found fairly reasonable given the food, although it's still on the higher end of what you'd pay for a "normal" breakfast. Still, worth the money for that little taste of home!
28/05/2024: Authentic, super friendly, my daughter's favorite restaurant, so it's one of our favorite outings, Best English breakfast in Bordeaux, don't hesitate, it's like there but here

22/08/2024: Having lived in Portugal, I rediscover the authenticity of good Portuguese cuisine. The atmosphere is very nice and we are always very well received. It’s my “canteen” when I come to see my son in Bordeaux.
