O'xoko sur Anglet

Given the negative reviews I had my doubts but frankly I don't regret it. One night stopover. Certainly the building is aging and I think it's a bit of a lottery for the studios and apartments but for us it was clean, and the breakfast was great. We were able to park easily 3 times. We were in studio 235 and no worries about noise or anything.

I loved my little stay, hotel well located facing the sea. 12 minutes walk from the seafront with all the restaurants. The staff is super friendly, especially at breakfast in the morning the lady is very nice. Just the cleanliness of the bathrooms WC needs to be reviewed which is a shame because apart from that it was perfect. Great stay.

Very friendly staff but apartment not clean, electrical outlets half torn off, bathroom not clean, front door handle also half torn off, Breakfast, for the price not varied at all, very little choice in salty foods. Really a shame for the price of the room and the rest.....

Excellent stay in this residence ideally located a stone's throw from the ocean. Room perfectly equipped with everything you need (kitchenette, hotplates, plates, etc.). The view of the golf course is calming. Excellent value for money given the location!!

Very good stay here, nothing to report, extremely quiet area 2 steps from the sea and the lighthouse. The residence-hotel concept is great. It's like an apartment, but with the standard of a hotel, and the staff who are there if needed. So yes, the corridors are not new, the door handles are hard (we helped our roommates open and close their door because they couldn't do it without us)... Overall, the establishment lacks interview. But the room was clean, I didn't notice any problems in that area. I was even pleasantly surprised. The furniture in the living room was a little old and worn, not worthy of a 4 star, but nothing alarming in itself. The apartment was equipped with a balcony which overlooked the outside, very pleasant during periods of high heat. I took photos so you can form your own opinion, since the establishment has very mixed reviews.

Very neglected hotel, but with a fair price according to what it offers.

Not reassured to go to this residence seeing the comments, we were pleasantly surprised. Arriving after closing hours, our key was put in a small safe at the entrance to the residence. The exteriors need renovation and maintenance but otherwise RAS. Clean and functional accommodation, ok the decor we like or not (1970s), we liked it. An exceptional sea view. Large closed parking lot. Very friendly receptionist. Honestly for the price, it's okay! Personally we have seen much worse elsewhere. Remember to take your shampoo and dishwashing liquid, it's not a hotel but those who are used to apartment hotels know that! Room 117
