I stumbled upon this accommodation by chance and I really liked it. The reception staff were very friendly; they let us in early and even greeted us early. The bed was super comfortable, and although the exterior could use a little more maintenance, the place itself was very nice.
Breakfast was also very good. One suggestion would be to add some fruit, but that's just a suggestion, not a criticism. We'll be back; the location is unbeatable, close to the sea, the promenade, supermarkets, and restaurants. Ideal for a wonderful weekend.
Staying for one night as a couple, we booked a ground-floor apartment with a sea view. We weren't able to use the pool as it wasn't yet open, so we can't comment on it. Check-in was very quick and the receptionist was very pleasant. The apartment itself had everything we needed. It was clean and airy. The sheets, towels, and furniture were all clean. It's true that the apartment's decor is a bit dated and it lacks soundproofing, but this didn't bother us personally. The only downside was the somewhat neglected common areas and exterior. However, access to the indoor parking and the beach was excellent.
Not bad if you're not expecting much.
Don't count on the Wi-Fi; if you're an Orange subscriber, it works intermittently.
Don't forget to bring your sponge.

The studio was clean, but the furniture was half broken... which is a real shame. They should consider replacing it. The shower head didn't work. Just passing through for one night.
Very well renovated apartment/rooms, quiet and calm in winter season, probably more lively in summer with amenties such as a swimming pool, balconies on some of the rooms. Would recommend!
