Very neglected hotel, but with a fair price according to what it offers.

Not reassured to go to this residence seeing the comments, we were pleasantly surprised. Arriving after closing hours, our key was put in a small safe at the entrance to the residence. The exteriors need renovation and maintenance but otherwise RAS. Clean and functional accommodation, ok the decor we like or not (1970s), we liked it. An exceptional sea view. Large closed parking lot. Very friendly receptionist. Honestly for the price, it's okay! Personally we have seen much worse elsewhere. Remember to take your shampoo and dishwashing liquid, it's not a hotel but those who are used to apartment hotels know that! Room 117

Very nice hotel certainly in its original state Absolutely fair price, Studio room of 28m2, with the necessary, A beautiful terrace offering us the ocean wind, and what's more, the weekend was rainy and windy, we were pleasantly able to contemplate the weather from the shelter of our room, It was awesome!!!! I don't understand Google reviews which must certainly be written by malicious people. I rely on reviews on Booking because on Booking you necessarily have to have stayed there to write a review. We booked for 7 nights and we will stay 2 more nights So yes there are little things to review but it's the natural aging of the premises. Maintaining such a building is complicated and for the price of the night you can be a little indulgent. The staff does everything possible to satisfy customers. Great value for money, perfect location. Very pleasant SPA. We will come back !

La chambre était très agréable avec une vue sur le golf, la literie confortable et la salle de bain très propre refaite depuis peu.

Emplacement idéal car au pied de l'océan avec une jolie vue mais logement sale. Nous sommes arrivés dans me studio, le sol était sale et le lave vaisselle n'était pas vidé. C'est limite pour un établissement qui affiche 4 étoiles

El hotel está bien conectado por la línea 38 de bus. Llegas en dos minutos al centro de Biarritz. Las camas son cómodas pero el baño no estaba limpio. Los azulejos también hay que higienizarlos. Los vasos parecen de enanitos por lo pequeños que son. No conseguí coger buena señal de WiFi. La piscina se cierra muy pronto. Y es una pena porque a las 20h en estos meses el agua está algo más templada y apetece nadar. Me hubiera gustado algo más de vigilancia en los accesos. Da un poco de miedo que la puerta de entrada esté abierta. El personal es educado. Un poco de pintura en las puertas y un trapo no vendría mal. Un edificio sólo necesita limpieza, si se pinta y luego no limpian las puertas ni manillas, es un poco dejado.
