Great little neighborhood joint that's tucked away from the main street. The oysters were fresh and balanced briney. My first sip of the juice came off a bit strong but a couple of drops of lemon squeezes fixed that.
I also had the tuna tartar and my fascination still continues. The marinade is bold and robust. There is no shy in seasoning here at all. The flavor combination threw me off abit with the pink peppercorn and the coriander seeds but overall a great way to showcase fresh fish.
This has become our go-to oyster place when we come. The oysters are incredible. The service we get graciously educates us on each option. The vibe is not high strung. It’s just a lovely spot, with lovely people, and lovely food.
Probably not the right day, we wanted to have dinner for two, the welcome is not very cheerful, the service is "minimalist". There was an Olympic football match and we must have been in the way: dish forgotten, bottle of sparkling water never arrived. The oysters are good, but at 45 euros for some, a smile wouldn't hurt. Not to mention that the decor is a recycled local school atmosphere, we are far from comfort. The friendly atmosphere does not prevent professionalism, but obviously the football match was more interesting than the customers. It's probably okay with a group of friends, but for a couple's dinner it's not the right atmosphere.
Absolute stunner of a fish restaurant. We stubbles upon it by shear chance and we’re so happy. Mussles and Razor clams were super dishes and very hearty for the price. Service was great.
