The kitchen is open but everything takes place calmly and calmly. The leader officiates very discreetly, his seconds on the first line. The service provided with elegance, professionalism and a smile. We are in a place where human work is respected as well as the product (for wines, meat and vegetables). Originality of hot binchotan on meat. And on the warm side when a cook brings his dishes and explains them so that everyone is served at the same time. A Breton lobster perfectly cooked like cuttlefish and monkfish. Parsnip, parsley, artichoke with bitter orange and the ultimate meat. The dessert remains on the same level: chocolate and a hint of cardamom… And the final touch in the kitchen, once the work is finished, shows the refinement in detail from the beginning of the meal to the end.

Absolutely exceptional 8 course service. Everything is mastered, particularly the perfect Japanese-style cooking and the play on textures. The service is elegant without being stuffy, and the wines are magnificent. Kitchen completely open to the room (without odors), which links the kitchen team, the plate and the guests.

In another professional life, I was lucky enough to be invited to this restaurant. At the time, I discovered matured Kobe and Galicia beef there for the first time. Some time later, this restaurant received a star. Memories of exceptional cuisine and a cozy atmosphere.

C est toujours un plaisir d’aller chez pages! La qualité de plats vaut un 2 étoiles, les accords sont parfait, un grand moment. Sommelier très sympathique qui nous a fait faire de belles découvertes. Petit point négatif, la table a été réservée 2 mois à l’avance et nous étions dans l entrée… la gentillesse du service a rattrapé cette petite déconvenue du début du service
