Pain des Etats sur Lyon

13/09/2026: Hello, I live nearby and I come almost every day for my pastries and viennoiseries. There's a gentleman who works there who is really very kind, smiling, and friendly—very rare these days. He's so humane; I almost wish it were just him working there, it would have been perfect. And I can tell you that in the neighborhood, everyone talks about him and only speaks highly of him. 😜
