Pali Gap sur Gruissan

For me, the best socially responsible restaurant in Paris. The portions are generous, the cooking is perfect, the selection is varied, and there's always a vegetarian option. A HUGE BONUS for the spice bin!!! Sorry to the front-of-house staff 😋 The first time I came to eat there, I fell asleep on the back bench because it was so delicious, hot, and plentiful. Unfortunately, I'll have to eat somewhere closer to home, but apparently, I won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is calmer in the evening. Avoid coming at 12:00 for the lunch service; it's an embarrassingly crowded place with grumbling in the queue. It's better to arrive around 12:40 when it's quieter and THERE'S MORE TO GO 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you to the chefs and the kind gentlemen at the front of house.
