Excellent time. It's too expensive, too greasy, but you pay so much for the pleasure of admiring the waiters' good looks! 😁

Very friendly welcome and quality cuisine. Just the presentation of the sliced andouillette needs rethinking.

We had lunch at this restaurant in May with about ten friends. I ate superbly well and drank very well too. The service was very good; it's a great place to eat in La Rochelle.

Le Bistro du Marche

05/08/2026: A fantastic place with excellent coffee/tea. The atmosphere is great and the service is just as good! Highly recommended.
30/07/2026: La Brûlerie du Marché has become a must-visit for me and is one of those simple everyday pleasures. The setting is welcoming, right in the heart of the market, and the atmosphere on the sunny terrace in the morning is truly delightful, not to mention the excellent coffee. Without a doubt, the best coffee in town. Special mention to Clara and her colleagues, who are always incredibly welcoming, smiling, and attentive. Thank you for all your positive energy!
