Pariès sur Bayonne

Exquisite. You should definitely try!

Last week I bought a citrus Basque cake, what a disappointment! The cream was practically nonexistent and the citrus marmalade was far too sweet. I thought I'd made the wrong choice. This morning I went back to the store to buy one with cream, as I remembered a very flavorful Basque cake, and there it was again, another disappointment: the cream was also practically nonexistent and very dense. It doesn't have the texture of the Basque cake from Pariès of yesteryear. What a shame!

The best Basque cake in the world, I think! You have several options: cream, cherry, hazelnut, and chocolate. The shop is full of delicious things!

The staff were very pleasant and the Basque cakes, mmm, they were delicious!

Very welcoming and friendly. Excellent advice 👍. Fair prices for quality products.

A wonderful discovery: Maison Pariès in Bayonne! This shop immediately makes you want to explore the gourmet specialties of the Basque Country. The boutique is elegant, the products are beautifully presented, and everything reflects true expertise. We particularly appreciated the variety of treats on offer and the care taken in their presentation. It's the kind of place where it's hard to leave empty-handed, as everything looks so tempting! A truly wonderful place to treat yourself, discover regional specialties, or simply take a little piece of the Basque Country home with you. A high-quality establishment and a gourmet stop that we thoroughly enjoyed during our visit to Bayonne. A must-try for lovers of fine food!

It's literally a sure bet for quality Basque pastries. The Basque cake is excellent, and what can I say about the choux pastries? Come and taste this marvel!

A very warm welcome and quick service. The Basque cakes are delicious, the best we had during our stay.

I only eat Basque cake with black cherry, it's a real treat.

The Basque cake is highly recommended, as are the excellent Muxu and the Turon.
