Never disappointed leaving Pascale and Etche's, always a very pleasant experience. Excellent cuisine (special mention to the veal sauté with its homemade sauce), quick service with a big smile. A must-try.

17/04/2026: Our menu was a true culinary delight, showcasing the highest level of French cuisine. Classic yet with a distinctive touch, the freshly caught cod was spectacular. Highly recommended, also because of the friendly and attentive service!
09/03/2026: This restaurant was a wonderful find. The service was courteous and efficient, the décor elegant and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the wine list was equally impressive. I strongly recommend it for anyone visiting Bayonne and interested in an extraordinary dining experience.

Brasserie Les Arènes

17/02/2026: The welcome from the manager (in theory) was excellent, with smiles and pleasant words right from the start. The service team was just as welcoming! The food was plentiful and delicious. The starter, a perfect egg on a bed of mushrooms and chicken, was wonderful. We continued with baby squid with crispy belly and new potatoes—a real treat! No dessert, although they looked delicious! The relaxed atmosphere, both among the staff and the customers, is a big plus!
30/01/2026: I just had the daily special. Reasonable price and a perfectly decent meal. I'm satisfied.
